Inspired by family and the beauty of Cape Cod, Art by Buccino creates feel-good art filled with color, memory, and coastal joy.

A single bite of a cold black olive can carry me back to my grandmother’s house. My siblings and I would slip them onto our fingertips and pretend to be aliens at her table. She never corrected us or asked us to be anything other than ourselves. In her home, we were free to play, held in the quiet certainty of her love.

That feeling is at the heart of everything I create.

​

My children remind me to see the world with wonder—to notice the magic in ordinary moments and make pieces that spark pure happiness. Through playful imagery, song-inspired titles, and evocative scents, I weave together art, music, and memory. Each painting, candle, home good, and wearable piece is thoughtfully crafted to awaken treasured moments and create meaningful connections through sight, sound, and scent.

This is why I make art: to enter the soft bubble of a memory and remain there a little longer. To recreate the warmth of a person, a place, or a moment that lives in the body long after it has passed. To make something that feels like returning home.

I hope each piece brings a little of that feeling into everyday life—the color and comfort of coastal living, the joy of wonder, and the warmth of a treasured memory.

My grandmother taught me to lead with love. That love, along with a spirit of wonder and handmade authenticity, remains the place from which I create.
