About the Artist
Caroline is a coastal mixed media artist, musician and teacher, best known for her fusion of music into her art and vivid abstract seascapes. Caroline's art is inspired by the beautiful surroundings of Cape Cod and by music that evokes feelings and memories. Most of her paintings are created from photographs that she has taken.
Caroline is passionate about creating multi-sensory art that goes beyond just a visual element, incorporating textures, soundscapes, and even scents to evoke a deep emotional and intellectual connection with the art.
Caroline creates vibrant abstract coastal scenes iridescent acrylic and heavy body acrylic paint. Vintage sheet music is layered in mimicking the natural rhythm found in nature. Each piece is crafted on canvas or wood panel with a glossy resin finish.
